Laurie Coton

Laurie brings a wealth of experience and knowledge. After graduating from the University of Texas/Austin with a degree in business and a degree in interior design from the Houston Art Institute, Laurie embarked on her design career by purchasing and renovating homes for resale throughout the Houston area.

As a 3rd generation Houstonian who has lived and worked in the inner loop for 35 years, she knows the city and surrounding suburbs intimately well. Laurie’s clients value her professionalism, patience and guidance throughout the process.

Laurie is on the Board of ASID as the President-Elect, member of HIREBA – Houston Independent Real Estate Brokers Association, Founding Member of the Lions Club of Houston Montrose, GHBA member, on the HAR Professional Development Committee, is a member of the Rice Design Alliance, on an ASID peer group and also a member of the River Oaks Networking Group. She has also been active with board positions with St. John’s School, AFS, Zoo Friends and River Oaks Elementary.
